About ChurchSetup

The obstacle was never the tools.

ChurchSetup exists for the minister who has read the books, bought the microphone, and still has not hit record. We think the reason is rarely strategy or knowledge. It is identity — and that is a thing a course can actually help with.

The book behind it

ChurchSetup began as the companion to Broadcasting the Gospel — a book about sowing seed in the fields where people already are. The book makes a diagnosis: most ministers who never start are not held back by a lack of information. They are held back by pride, by fear of how their peers will judge a simple sixty-second video, and by an identity tangled up with results they were never asked to produce.

The courses are the part the book could not do on its own. A book can name the barrier. A course can walk you through it, one small private act at a time, until the camera has survived you and you have survived it.

What we believe

We are not trying to sell everyone. Some ministers are ready. Some need a few things fixed first. Some are not the right fit for what we do. We would rather be honest than take money from a minister we do not believe we can help. That is why Session 1 is free, and why every course has a free or scholarship path. The pricing ladder will never be a wall between a willing minister and the field.

We build for the minister with whatever resources they already have — not the megachurch with a media team and a budget. A phone, a tripod, ten honest minutes, and the willingness to be seen is enough to start.

The launch course

The Live Streaming Academy is the first course in that path. It starts with the practical reasons churches should stream, then gives ministers the structure to move from intention to a real working live stream. More courses and paid options can come later; the launch goal is simpler: make the first course usable right now.

Start with Session 1.

It is free, ten minutes long, and waiting.
